Just a quick note to notify you that Ellie has arrived. And things look better than they could have been. I will be brief because 1) I don't want to steal Earl's thunder and 2) my info has been passed down through several people. Here's the jist of it. She was born about a month early, weighed over 5 lbs and her lungs look to be fully developed (she is breathing on her own).
She has no outward signs of spina bifida......no open wound. She does have hydrocephalis and we are guessing they will put stents in tomorrow.
I will try to add a link to the blog Earl has set up for Ellie updates.
Many prayers were answered today.
