Besides it's conventional form Icy Hot also comes as a gel, roll-on, aeresol, roll, and several sizes of patches. I'm sure there are a few others that I have overlooked.
Just thought you might want to know.

I'm glad it works for you!! They need an easy to apply to your own back applicator.
